I did this kind of meditation for the first time and while it was odd at first, I felt a powerful vibration and deep calmness inside my body after the chanting and continued to stay in that deep space for quite a while longer afterwards. Really nice!

My first time doing this kind of meditation! It did feel odd at first, just because it was completely new to me. I was also worried that my family would hear me saying the mantra and think, ‘what is this girl doing?!’ I will be trying it again with a more open and mind and heart for sure. I really also need to to care about what they are thinking!

Hi Emily, you are not alone! Some people feel the same way at first but as you continue to practice, it would come naturally to you. Keep it up :) ~ Jori
