Love the meditations but I found this particular meditation hard to sustain. I couldn't sustain the chants for the whole time as I became tired and after 5 minutes preferred to just focus on breathing. Perhaps I am better suited to the silent meditations.

Yes, it may be a bit challenging at first to stay focused when doing the visualization, but as you continue to practice visualization, you'll soon master the technique and it will come naturally.
