At the start I was feeling good when I was chanting out loud but I started to get really annoyed with the lovers' voice and started crying afterthat and I went back to feeling came at the end. I don't know what happened but I think I let something go with this meditation. Thanks!

Found this very difficult, went dizzy and ended feeling light headed with a slight headache. I will give it another go when I recycle next week
