Thank you Ashley for being a part of FMTV. You are the first person to introduce Kundalini Yoga to me and all aspects are really resonating with me. I just adore chanting!!! The Kirtan Kriya meditation is magic and the 4 aspects leave no room for any 'interruptions' of the mind. I am feeling very fulfilled after this practise. Namaste, Bec ☀️

Hi Ashley. Love your series. Very well done. Just curious as to the beautiful beads you wear. What is their significance?

Sat Nam Preet! Thank you so much for your kind words and loving support 😊 Some of the beads are lotus seed Malas from India, which can be used to count the repetitions of mantra during meditation. Others are simply beautiful, heartfelt gifts from my daughter, keeping her near to me as I practice 😉 ❤️✨🙏🏼

Thats so beautiful. I have beads that I wear on my right wrist that my Grandmother gave me when I was 12. By wearing them I feel her presence too. I have been meditating on finding a Yoga teacher for a few months now to guide me on my yogic path and here you are! I welcome you into my home every morning and together we are on that journey! The miracle of media! Thankyou. Sat Nam.
