FMTV - Rangi's Straight Carrot Juice

Rangi's Straight Carrot Juice

Exclusive on FMTV

Series: Kids in the Kitchen | Episode: 2 | Runtime: 04m 36s | Release date: 2019

The key to making sure this juice is delicious is ensuring that your carrots are fresh and sweet!

Naturally flavorsome and loaded with nutrients, this straight up carrot juice is a great alternative to store-bought breakfast juices. Plus juicing with the kids is a great way to get even the most timid children into the kitchen. You can either cut the produce and let them feed the pieces through the juicer themselves or for the older children let them do the entire process!

Featuring:
Laurentine ten Bosch

Thanks for doing something for the kids, it's the only way my kids will watch this without thinking it was an attack on them by me to get healthy. They imitated me by saying 'oh, I'm mum and I'm watching food matters' this morning at breakfast and then I put this on and they were glued to the show. All thanks to the power of peers, health may become cool with them.
