In tonic herbalism, the kidneys are considered to be the body’s battery packs. They need to be supported in order to sustain healthy adrenals. Chanca Piedra is an Andean superherb used primarily for liver, kidney, and urinary conditions, and is most well-known as an herbal treatment for kidney and gallbladder stones.

Horsetail is a diuretic (induces urination) and is considered to be an effective natural remedy for kidney stones.

Uva Ursi is a common remedy for kidney stones used for centuries to fight off infection in the urinary tract. It may help reduce pain and cleanse the urinary tract due to its antiseptic and mild diuretic effects.

Coconut water: Medical research in the Philippines has shown that young coconut water is an effective kidney cleanser. Regularly drinking young coconut water may help prevent the forma􏰀on of kidney stones.

Pomegranate Extract: The seeds, juice, and extracts of pomegranates support and assist kidney stone formulas. This effect may be related to their sour and astringent properties.

I also agree. David is great but the foods & herbs he uses in his recipes are extremely hard to come by, especially in Australia.
However, I know he sells them from his Longevity Warehouse, but again they are extremely expensive, & then the postage to Australia is astronomical. This makes it nigh on impossible for people like me to obtain them to gain the benefits.
Come on you guys, how about making it possible for everyone, including those on pensions, to obtain these products at reasonable prices as well as reasonable postage outside the US.
Otherwise, why don't you get a distributor in Australia so we can purchase these products at reasonable prices.
I have noticed that Jon Gabriel only charges cheap postage for products I have purchased from him, even though the product is coming from the US. So why does David Wolfe charge so much for for postage to Australia.

I love David Wolfe. He's beyond the most knowledgeable person when it comes to foods, herbs and health but his recipes for health like for instance this tea for kidney's is almost unattainable. The herbs plants he mentions are hard to come by and very expensive.
