This episode focuses on the Turkish Get-Up, the second of the two most important Kettlebell exercises. The Get-up is one of the most intricate of kettlebell exercises but is worth the effort to learn because the Get-up involves rolling, standing, and kneeling to help with longevity, mobility, stability, agility, and of course strength. The follow-along includes the swings that you learned in episode one and a breakdown of the Get-Up in bite-sized chunks before putting the whole Get-up together for you.
