The Goblet Squat (named because it looks like you are holding the Kettlebell like you would hold a goblet) is pretty straightforward - we squat every day and now we are adding some weight to it. This video gives tips on loading this basic human movement and squatting properly to keep the knees healthy and pain-free. This lesson also includes the Front Squat or the Kettlebell Clean which has already been discussed in Lesson #3.The follow-along adds the Kettlebell Squat in with the other exercises you have learned in the first three episodes to give you a more complex training session.
