The follow-along incorporates every exercise you have learned so far as well as giving you alternatives for the snatch if you aren’t quite ready for it yet. Take your time with the Kettlebell Snatch. There is no need to rush into performing high repetitions of the snatch if you aren't there yet. It will come with practice.
