Episode 5 focuses on the Kettlebell Press. Like the squat, the Press is straightforward, but there are tips and techniques that will help you - especially when it’s time to move up in weight. Interestingly, the Kettlebell Press (when performed with a challenging weight) can be one of the most effective abdominal exercises because of the engagement required to move and stabilize the weight overhead. The follow-along includes all 5 exercises the program has covered so far.
