Is there something that I can use to replace the potato starch? My son is gluten free but also can't eat potatoes

You can replace it with rice flour! Rice flour is a gluten-free flour alternative suitable for gluten-free recipes. It has no taste and a very light texture. Therefore, it binds other ingredients together very well. I hope that helps ~ Nadine@FMTV

You can use, buckwheat or a nut flour such as hazelnut or almond meal. Enjoy ~ Nadine@FMTV
