Just wondering how coconut sugar would compare to coconut palm sugar and which one would be better?

Hello Annie, coconut sugar comes from the blossoms of coconut trees ( it has a butterscotch caramel taste similar to that of brown sugar) while palm sugar is harvested from the trunks of palm trees (has a smokier taste). Moreover, coconut sugar’s claim to be a healthier sugar lies mostly with the fact that it has a lower GI (glycemic index) than many other sugars and a low GI is supposedly a good indicator that the sugar won’t spike your blood sugar as much. The taste was really really really spicy, like really spicy. lol I will do it again but this time I will omit the spices and only use salt. I'm really happy I know how to make chocolate now. I bought these rubber molds also and they really look good , like real fancy chocolate from a box...but spicy hahaha

How do you store them? In the fridge?Freezer? And how long do they last ( assuming you don't eat them all at once)?
