I'd love to know more about this practice. When you talked about 'the five elements' it resonated with me. I'm a lover of nature and feel it is my 'calm and happy place ..relating to my organs and meridian system'. . Please where can i find more learning on this practice. I've always felt drawn towards Chi-kung basics, as many friends have tried to steer me towards yoga, but my heart doesn't draw me to yoga.
