I woke up with a tender lower back which made me grumpy; this is helping :) My back feels better a lot now after 25minutes of Foundation Training... And I'm sitting straight behind the computer instead of slumping.... I'l set my alarm for exercises later today! Thanks Eric

Wonderful sequencing of learning the decompression breathing followed by the bodyweight integration. Will be doing these daily! Am looking forward to reducing my lower back pain, as I can see how this method will allow this to happen,

Thank you Eric! I look forward to many journeys with you, today was my first! I have lower back and neck pain, and I truly think I will benefit from Foundation Training. Keeping the chin back seems to be key and makes me realize how much I stick out. If you have any suggestions for the neck, I am a very good student.

I loved this. I've been experiencing back pain for quite some time now and I'm confident this will make a HUGE difference!
