I will always put phone on airplane mode at night, convince my husband to turn off WiFi at night, more plants inside the home and open the window daily. ❤️

Hi. Just wondering best and easiest way to turn WiFi off and back on in morning. Realize this might be something everyone already knows but I’m not sure. Thank you.

Hearing you well but the view is Picasso-like... What I would like to ask if rice is just as bad as wheat. Greetings from the Netherlands.
