Julie - From inside our Members Only Group: What's good for degenerating muscles? Trying to get them back? Along with going to see someone, is there an essential oil or herbal tincture I can massage in that would help?

Dani - From Inside FMTV: How do you go about finding a good osteopath/chiropractor/massage therapist? I have some serious structural problems after a hefty motorbike accident and have the feeling that the blockages in my spine and neck are contributing to toxins not draining from the cerebral lymphatic system and thus exacerbate my chronic fatigue. I have seen many different osteopathic practitioners in Australia and Germany, but it´s very much hit and miss. And even when you think you found a good one, the next session might be completely disappointing.
