Absolutely brilliant, just right to watch before I start on my journey to reclaim me, and the great thing is I do not have to do this on my own. Thank you so much.

Really good show, I am now a little confused, they talk about Coca leaf tea is O.K. for you but when it is refined into Cocaine it is no good for you because it is refined and concentrated, the same with sugar cane and refined sugar. So when I juice or blend fruits, berries, vegetables etc which I do a lot of then, am I refining the ingredients and concentrating them because I have already partly digested them in the juicer or blender do they become too concentrated for me and become toxic to me?????

Hi Martin, sorry for the confusion. Juicing and blending are a very effective and easy way to improve one's immune system and one's health in a safe and natural way. Blending fruit and vegetables maintain the fibre content which has a number of beneficial health impacts, including slowing the absorption of nutrients across the bloodstream which will keep you feeling fuller for longer. The inclusion of this fibre also creates less waste from the pulp. On the other side, fresh juice is a highly concentrated source of bioavailable vitamins and minerals. The elimination of fibre from juices increases the absorption of nutrients as fibre impedes some of the digestion and nutrient absorption. The removal of fibre, however, will concentrate the sugar leading to a peak in blood sugar levels - This can be reduced by juicing greens and fruits with a lower sugar content. Here are some articles on the benefits of juicing and blending that I'm sure you'll find useful: https://www.foodmatters.com/article/top-3-benefits-of-green-smoothies, https://www.foodmatters.com/article/how-to-cleanse-and-nourish-your-cells-with-fresh-vegetable-juices and https://www.foodmatters.com/article/juicing-vs-blending-which-one-is-better. I would also suggest watching the following films: https://www.fmtv.com/watch/super-juice-me, https://www.fmtv.com/watch/7-days-2-guys-1-juicer and https://www.fmtv.com/watch/powered-by-green-smoothies. Self love and positive affirmations. It is easy to forget to give yourself that time, say those words and remember that among anything that may be happening in your life right now, you matter. Thanks for a great film
