Hi Hugh, we believe it is up to you to decide whether coffee is a good choice for you, however, we want to provide you with the best information to help make this decision a little easier. Coffee does have some health benefits, but it is still not something we personally recommend to drink on a regular basis, over the long term. Here's our Coffee Buying Guide that you might find useful: http://www.foodmatters.com/coffee-buying-guide. You might also want to check out this article here to learn more about the health effects of caffeine on the body: https://www.foodmatters.com/article/hooked-on-coffee-plus-alternatives. Hope this helps ❤️ ~ Iris@FMTV

Yes, Marie. To get the most out of this program we recommended sticking to the meal plan diligently, avoiding consuming any additional dairy, processed grains, refined sugars, alcohol, black tea, and coffee. ~ Karelle

Love it when a Doctor has the whole picture...As a Naturopath in Australia its been difficult to believe in yourself due to the government and certain pockets of the medical community that keep telling the complimentary medicine community that we are just quacks, we have no idea and its all about knocking out the symptoms and not worrying about the actual processes and how you got to a diseased state in the first place. This was quick refreshing.

Thank you for the very informative talk. About yogurt- one of the best bacteria that makes the yogurt special is Lactobacillus Bulgaricus . It appears that this bacteria grows mostly in Bulgaria. Many years ago the specialist there isolated out of this bacteria a medicine for cancer- all the checks gave a very promising results.
