FMTV - Cookie Dough Bon Bons

Cookie Dough Bon Bons

Exclusive on FMTV

Series: Healthy Decadent Desserts | Episode: 8 | Runtime: 02m 09s | Release date: 2017

This segment features: Rachel Morrow.

One of the best things we love about creating healthy treats is experimenting with disguising healthy ingredients, usually vegetables. This time: chickpeas!

Chickpeas are such a versatile little legume, packed with protein and fiber along with several other powerful vitamins and minerals.

You might think that the taste of these ‘Cookie Dough’ Bon Bons would be compromised by adding in legumes, but the truth is, it's not. You (or your friends, family, partner) won't even notice that they are there, and everyone loves Cookie Dough so no questions will be asked ;-)

Makes: 12 bites

Featuring:
Rachel Morrow

In Australia , Bon Bons are Christmas Crackers that you share with a partner to pull open and there's usually a joke and small gift inside the bon bon/cracker. They are used for decoration and fun for Christmas Lunch /diner :-) They usually have a party hat in them too :-) Happy Christmas and happy Bon Bons ... yum yum !! Thanks :-) xx
