Thanks for your feedback Jenna. Sounds like you might love a good YIN or HATHA style class which have much longer holds. In vinyasa (flow) style yoga, we tend to flow between poses. This sequence is actually much slower with longer holds than most vinyasa classes, so perhaps this style isn't the perfect match for you. Check out some of the other chapters in this series, or some of the other styles. There really is something for every body on FMTV. Thanks for watching. Stacey :)
