FMTV - Green Monster Radiation Defense Drink

Green Monster Radiation Defense Drink

Series: Superfood Recipes | Episode: 6 | Runtime: 17m 25s | Release date: 2012

This segment features: David Wolfe.

This drink contains most of the protocols that David Wolfe recommends for natural radiation defense.

Chlorella is a single-celled water-grown algae that consists primarily of a large amount of readily available chlorophyll. Chlorella is a whole food and is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, polysaccharides and many other beneficial compounds.

Spirulina contains chlorophyll, protein, vitamins, major minerals, trace minerals, essential fatty acids, nucleic acids (RNA and DNA), polysaccharides and a vast spectrum of antioxidants.

Iodine is required by humans for the production of thyroid hormones. As the thyroid stimulates energy production of the cellular mitochondria, it influences all body functions. The body can't tell the difference between stable and radioactive iodine. Taking iodine can protect the thyroid from injury by filling it up with healthy iodine, thus preventing the gland from taking up radioactive iodine.

Tocotrienols from the vitamin E complex present in rice bran solubles, have been identified as responsible for lowering cholesterol in the body, and having anti-aging and anti-inflammatory qualities. Rice bran solubles consist of perfect chains of essential fatty acids, major and trace minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants in perfect ratio in a plant source. Since every membrane in the body requires these essential fatty acids to function, tocotrienols can be an effective way to get these nutrients in a highly absorbable form.

How often should someone drink this? It seems pretty powerful. Once a week? Once a month?
Team member | FMTV | 2 years, 10 months ago
As there are so many nutrient-rich ingredients in this blend, some of which, with frequent use, can affect medications, it's best to enjoy this drink once or twice a week max. For healthy individuals not taking any medications, 2-4 times a week may be fine. However it does depend on the individual and if you’re concerned, please speak with your health professional before drinking.

THANK YOU for this. It is exactly what I have been looking for. I have been able to feel the radiation effecting me more and more. You can hardly go anywhere now without marinading in EMF and microwaves. My cells have been asking for help adapting to this rapid change. I've been drinking this every morning for 2 weeks. I can feel some changes. Some are subtle and some more profound. I encourage you to give this a try for a while and let yourself notice the changes, both big and small. It all adds up! Thank you David Wolfe.

Hello Virginia, unfortunately as movie producers and not health practitioners legally we are unable to offer any specific health advice. We suggest working with a natural healthcare practitioner who has studied nutrition extensively, knows your personal situation and can offer you guidance. Please use our practitioner directory (http://www.foodmatters.tv/content/practitioner-directory) to find a practitioner close to you. ~ Ivory :)

Would like to try this. Somethings are hard to come by and expensive. Can you help formulate a drink for a person recovering from Hep C who just had his gallbladder removed? Would love your input. He is no longer drinking. He is an organic certified local farmer who deserves our help.
Thank you for any suggestions. Janet

Can't wait to try it. Would be helpful if you could tell us the best brands of these exotic ingredients. Thanks for all you are doing to get us on the path to magnificent well-being.

Hi Kathryn, legally we are unable to recommend a specific brand. However, you should be able to find these ingredients in most health food stores. Alternatively, you can purchase all of David Wolfe's products here: http://www.longevitywarehouse.com/. Enjoy! :-) ~ Iris
