How long can the Organic Hemp seed milk be kept in the refrigerator? Also, is there something other than coconut oil that can be used because of the saturated fat in coconut oil?

Hello Betsy, Hemp milk will keep for about 3 days in a very cold fridge! We have a great article on the benefits of coconut oil you might find interesting: https://www.foodmatters.com/articles-1/10-great-reasons-you-should-be-using-coconut-oil However, if you're looking for some healthy alternatives, we highly recommend reading through this article that gives a brief overview of 10 healthy oils so you can decide for yourself: https://www.foodmatters.com/articles-1/whats-the-best-oil-to-cook-with I hope that helps! If you have any more questions, please reach out anytime. We're happy to help. :) ~ Joyce
