Set on a cliff top overlooking the magnificent Great Australian Bight, enjoy the sunset views, the rolling surf, while Brian encourages you to create the best version of yourself.

No equipment required, just you and a bench, desk or even a solid chair will do.

oh WOW- fantastic!!! I've been looking for a more 'functional' movement type workout. Although I love CrossFit, it was way too hard on my back & joints and at 44 I need a program that's STILL a workout but not SO tough on me. I hope there will be MORE in this series as I love the ease of exercise, results and frankly, nothing could beat that beautiful coastline scenery!! I could do this one for years. Thanks FMTV
