Excellently presented information. It has helped answer a lot of questions for me in understanding cycles of depression and all the different aspects that affect our health, moods and energy levels. Jodi has an amazing ability to explain quite complex issues in such a common sense manner, her passion and knowledge is truly transparent.
One thing I love about natural health practicioners is that they teach their clients about their own bodies which is so empowering.
