This segment features: James Colquhoun, Jodi Chapman.

The final step of freeing yourself from depression and anxiety, as explained by Jodi Chapman is a step that is not necessary for all people suffering from mental distress. Step 7 may not be present for someone who has taken control of the other actions outlined in the previous interviews. In this concluding step, Jodi discusses with James the notion of brain wave patterns and how these patterns can be learned or developed through growth, upbringing or personal experience. These particular frequencies of brain waves can cause irregular dopamine or serotonin production and ultimately lead to enhanced emotional distress. In this interview, you will learn about options for retraining motor neurone pathways and lifestyle modifications that can help support your recovery.

Featuring:
Jodi Chapman
James Colquhoun

Thank you so much for this series. I will be listening to all of it again. My DIL recently experienced a break and has been placed on 3 different medications. I know she needs a change in diet, but also that she is under much self-imposed stress. She does not like the medications, so my goal is to find the best way for her to heal and be herself again. What a blessing Jodi is.

This is a wonderful interview. I like that it was done in short episodes. Jodi is so well spoken and makes the information very clear. James is a wonderful interviewer and puts it all together, reviewing and summarizing as he goes. Thank you so much for all you do.
