FMTV you know what i need before i do - Searching for shoulder/neck pain relief and I see these videos have been here since i started my subscription - amazing what you see when you're actually looking for it... love to keep it simple, quick, efficient to add to what I'm doing already. Eric speaks about a DVD from his site on another utube vid - is this necessary or is the basic starter info already here?? thank u all very much.
