My husband and I have been doing the "FastDiet" two out of seven days for the past four years. We both lost 20 lbs each over the first 2 years, and continue to keep the weight off. It has been a huge health bennifit for us. It was informative to hear Lee Holmes experience. My husband and I are healthy, strong and disease free. I am in my late 50's and my husband is in his early 70's. We have no belly fat and our blood work is great on all levels. We believe 100% in the benefits of fasting and eating real food.

Great information! I listened to Chris Wark interview Dr. Valter Longo yesterday (who Lee actually mentions too) and he said he is not a fan of intermittent fasting. He says you should not go for longer than 12 hours without food so the 16;8 fast is not a good idea. Missing breakfast apparently is Bad. Can you please clear this up for me.
