Fabulous, thank you! The vitamins mentioned is the name of the different vitamins available - so I can look up! Hole turmeric, I have heard for women it is best in power and not the root itself. Which I would prefer. Your thoughts on power vs root? Thanks!

Hi Susan, to reap the full benefits, we do suggest consuming fresh turmeric root. If you are to opt for turmeric powder, we recommend buying only organic turmeric powder and reading the labels to ensure it does not contain any fillers, artificial colors and flavors or preservatives.
