Look no further! This is the best film on FMTV. Great message that is well presented. It should be translated in every language and everybody should watch it. Thank you.

I don't agree with some of the opinions on this documentary especially about eggs. Experts have said that the cholesterol in foods has little affect on the cholesterol in the blood. Most of the cholesterol in your body is made by your body.

Are you fairly new to the Whole Food Plant Based Literature? I ask only because one well versed in the research studies would definitely not be mistaken by the Egg Industry's twist explanation of the results. I would advise heading over the Dr. Greger's website Nutritionfacts.org and searching the info. Quite eye opening actually.

Im new to WFPB lifestyle, and FMTV. This has been by-far my best documentary. My eyes have been open, I am encouraged and thankful someone who really cared introduced this life saving way of life to me! The later part discussing Global warming, has got me infuriated, so much disception from the global elitist, who solely blame carbon emissions as the cause, when the biggest contributing foot print is in animal raising for food.
Are these people ignorant or is this corruption? No one is screaming this truth, in-fact I never even herd this as one of the reason... WHY? Im thankful we pulled out of the usless Paris Accord. I hope the truth will become known! Keep sharing the good news of WFPB!

no sure about this... few points not very accurate...chickens are not vegetarian for instance....then if you say hunters and gatherer eat a small percentage of meat ( and I would ad and fish depending on where they lived) they still did, even if a small amount.
There are so so many factors that can influence our body and mind health that I think is not so straightforward to decide which one is the perfect human diet.

I agree. And when will we address the number one problem. There are just too many people in the world. Stop having children. Or at least limit it one or two per couple. But I'm not sure that's possible. Cultural and religious beliefs won't allow it and the need to breed, in some of us, seems too strong.

This film is beautifully presented.
Beautifully balanced between what we collectively can do to stop the killing fields.
The task is overwhelming on a global scale\ Frightening really.
We only can impact change one community one person, one family, one community at a time.
Thank you Michael for this highly share-able movie
