Constipation Tips Everyone Needs

There are a lot of things we can do to help alleviate constipation, which a lot of people complain about. If our bowel is not moving we are recirculating toxins throughout our system, which is a heavy burden on our kidneys, liver, and the lymphatic system. Ideally, a person should have 2 daily bowel movements.

Reasons for constipation:

  • Low thyroid hormones
  • Lack of movement
  • Not drinking plenty of water
  • Complications from medications
  • Digestive issues

Alleviate constipation through these natural ways:

  • Eat foods high in fiber such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
  • Drink plenty of lemon water to increase hydrochloric acid production
  • Take supplements like magnesium and triphala
