This was a wonderful easy stretch! As with the other two yoga videos, I really felt a difference when I finished. I don't think I am tense until I do yoga. This session, I really felt it in my upper and mid back and especially the entire back of my neck. It feels like I have a heating pad on the back of my neck, shoulders and upper spine.
