Hi Lauren, thanks for this, I'm new to yoga, meditation and the breathing that goes with, I couldn't fully understand how to do the kapalabhati breathing, is it possible to explain it in simpler terms? Is it all exhalation? I found myself breathing in and out trying to do it.

Hi Ronan, great work getting into yoga and meditation! Don't worry Kapalabhati is a bit tricky at first but once you understand what to do, it's pretty easy. Sitting up nice and tall, take a few rounds of natural breath. To start, at the same time you exhale the breath out the nostrils draw your navel to your spine (keep your shoulders and face relaxed).....the breath cycle looks like this (Inhale through nostrils/navel to spine - exhale through nostrils/belly lets go - try this with 10 rapid breaths in succession, not too fast and not too slow :).
