I enjoyed the workout, but I am used to exercising for a longer period of time. Is this really long enough? I feel like I should be doing more. Are Brian and Aaron only doing this workout and keeping in shape or are they adding other strength and cardio routines?

Filomena great to connect with you. The answer to your question for me is "yes", for Aaron the answer is "No". :)
I do my Fitness 4 Weight Loss session 3 times per week but Aaron also plays football so does train for that too.
I've found the key is the intensity of training and the consistency (I aim for 3-4 times per week).
Let me know how you get on, and I hope you enjoy my other Fitness 4 Weight Loss sessions on here at FMTV!
All the best,
Brian

Hi Karen, for best results, Brian recommends 2 or 3 times a week, and having a rest day in between each session :) ~ Iris

Hi Karen,
great to hear from you. I agree with Iris - I've found my clients get the best results with my program when done 2, 3 or even 4 times per week.
Rest is important though so I do encourage a day of rest or gentle activity on those days.
Good job Karen and please enjoy my other sessions here on FMTVfor extra variety.
All the best,
Brian
