Do you ever find yourself overcome by emotion? Have you ever said or done anything that you regret later? The good news is, you don’t have to be ruled by your emotions.

In this meditation, you’ll learn to become the master of your moods. Neuroscientists have discovered a part of the brain called the Amygdala which is triggered every time we feel a strong emotion The amazing thing is, when we are able to ‘label’ that emotion, the Amygdala is deactivated. This overrides the nervous system and brings us out of our nervous state and into a calm state.
