A wonderful resource and so glad to see healthy living being implemented for our children. Really enjoyed this documentary and as a teacher Leonie had a lovely way with the kids and put together a really excellent programme.

We've been trying for years to get our school community garden up & running. This movie was a great example of how to do it.

Amazing! I wish there were more of these edible school garden programs in the USA, I just learned that my state, Nevada, comes in 11th for Childhood Obesity (not good!). This was an inspiring film with lots of great information on getting one together; so many elements with planning, but seeing the Harvest at the end, was satisfying. Such important skills to pass on to the youth, who hopefully carry this into their lives as adults, and one day, into their own families.

This film is so insightful and inspiring. Please let me know how the gardens are funded. Can you give an approximate cost from start to finish? I live in the U.S. and would like to start one at the high school where I teach. Money is a problem, though. Also, if you have any information or list of supplies needed to start, that would be terrific. Do these schools operate through fundraising and donation? Thank you so much in advance.
