Congratulations! You've made it to the first step of the 3 day detox, which is prepping. This step is really important.
You can kick off the 3 day detox anytime your body is in need of a reset, and when you can set some time aside to clear your schedule and relax.
One of the keys to success for a detox is to prepare… Prepare yourself mentally, physically and make sure your fridge is stocked and ready to go.
We’ve designed the 3 day detox to be simple and easy. Across the next 3 days you will be having the same salad, juice, and soup, so there’s no need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Once you’ve learned to make it once, you’ll be able to make it again and again - or make a big batch and have it across the 3 days.

Here are just a few key tips to keep in mind before you detox:
This detox is not about starving yourself or living off just lemons and juice. It's about introducing lots of fresh green vegetables into your diet and giving your body the nourishment it needs. You'll see from the overview of the daily meals below that there's a mix of salads, soups and drinks to keep you energized and satiated.
Remember… SIMPLE & ACHIEVABLE are two key principles for a successful detox.
We've tried to make the ingredients of the detox as achievable as possible for everyone. However, if you find this particular detox shopping list too expensive due to your personal financial circumstances, don't stress. An alternative is to introduce just one or two of the different meals into your diet for the next 3 days, and to limit the amount of processed food, meats, dairy, gluten you are consuming. Think green, think fresh and ADD these to your diet. If you have an allergy or intolerance, or you simply don’t like a certain food, then swap it out for a similar food that mother nature created.
At the start of each day of the detox we have a video to see how you’re doing and keep you motivated to get through the next hurdle. We’ll also be talking you through some of the normal feelings and symptoms you might experience throughout the day.
