Oh boy, we love this meal!
Not only is this a quick and easy salad that you can whip up almost anywhere, (we’d love to see someone doing a "Mr. Bean" making this on a park bench) it’s full of good fats and essential nutrients to power you up for what’s ahead in your afternoon and that keep you feeling full. This salad should take you less than 5 minutes to throw together.
