Not only is this a quick and easy salad that you can whip up almost anywhere, (we’d love to see someone doing a "Mr. Bean" making this on a park bench) it’s full of good fats and essential nutrients to power you up for what’s ahead in your afternoon and that keep you feeling full. This salad should take you less than 5 minutes to throw together.

In the dressing it calls for only two items, oil and ACV but in the method area, lemon juice is added. If all 3 items are to be added how much lemon juice? Normally I would just use oil and sqeeze on lemon juice when I have a salad.

Hi Valerie, sorry for the confusion. The lemon juice is optional, but if you would opt to add lemon juice, you may add juice of 1/2 lemon :) Happy detoxing! ~ Iris

Hello Nancy. You may substitute it with roasted veggies such as squash, mushroom, eggplant. You may also use banana and olive instead. Enjoy the recipe! ~ Karelle

Hi use cashews nut because i didn't have avocado, assuming being a good fat too, does it matter? :)
