Hi Karen, a juicer is best, see if you can borrow one. As for the detox we want to make sure you're getting liquid nutrition with a very little digestive load. You can blend as well, but it's just a little different. However, if you don’t have one, a blender will still work. You might want to add some extra liquid to the juice recipe when blending. Hope this helps and all the best with the detox! 🌷 ~ Iris@FMTV

Hello, I noticed below that it's ok to add a granny smith apple to the green juice which will be very helpful especially if the answer to my question is no. I have a powerful Vitamix and have been enjoying mixing an organic superfoods green protein powder with coconut milk, cucumber, avocado, turmeric root, ginger root and a splash of lime juice. Sometimes I would add in organic coconut water. Would this combination be too much for a breakfast detox?

Glad to hear you loved the detox, Kate! As for your question, some people don't like the taste if leaves are included. Those who are not used to juicing will most likely not enjoy these however if you prefer, you can leave them on 🌷 ~ Iris@FMTV

Hi!!!! I am starting my detox today an I am very excited about it ☺️!!!! I have 3 questions:
1) why can’t we use the celery leaves on the juice or on the soup?
2) can we drink matcha tea?
3) can we use fermented garlic on the soup? I don’t have miso.
Thanks!!!!
