I tried this with an olive oil (purest organic grade) and it's "okay" - I taste the olive oil quite a bit. I can't afford the Inca Inchi Oil - is there another recommended oil that wouldn't have the 'bite' of the oil taste?

Hello Paula, yes, this could last for 5 days to 1 week. Please ensure you store in an air-tight container. Enjoy :)

I love the addition of the Inca Inchi oil. Your food processor looks fantastic. What is the name of it? Thanks Cyndi.

Hi Roxanne. The food processor is the Thermomix TM31, it cooks as well as blend. The newer version, the TM5, can use a chip with guided recipes. It would be great if FMTV produced a chip for it, as it is an ideal tool for many healthy/raw recipes :)

Hi Frankie, chia makes a great egg replacement. Simply substitute 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (preferably finely ground) + 3 tablespoons of water per egg. You might also find this guide here useful: http://foodmatters.tv/content/easy-egg-substitutions-a-how-to-guide. Hope this helps :) Enjoy!
