It's interesting that the corn is raw. I'm assuming it tastes good since I've never eaten corn without cooking it first?

Hi, Kendra! Raw corn, straight off the cob, is perfectly healthy and okay to eat. Unless you have an allergy to corn, raw corn is safe to eat; it might pass through you with vigor (especially if you don't chew it thoroughly before swallowing it). You can just cut the kernels off the cob and you can add this to your enchilada, or even salads. Wishing you wellness always :) ~ Jasmin

There are no instructions on making the wrap with the sundries tomatoes and coconut flesh. There is also no recipe/Ingredients for the ricotta but cheese. Can you please provide these?
