Great recipe!! I watched this last night and then made the porridge this morn with my own variations to it. It was wonderfully filling. And, btw, I had not "met" Jason Wrobel until I found these recipes. What a great group of recipes he brings to augment my collection. Thanks so much to Jason and to FMTV for the introduction!!

Personal question: any particular reason why you stopped eating oatmeal? I made chia seed porridge according your recipe and is delicious. I hope my son and husband will like it too :)

Hi Lucia, . Here at Food Matters we have a great respect for individuality. We encourage people to look at their 'food as medicine'. It helps people to look at the food they normally eat on a day to day basis and replace it with local, fresh, organic, more natural options.
