yes... you might need to add a little cream of tartar too... as baking powder is a mix of both.

Hello Cynthia. First of all ... I LOVE your shows. Your positive energy is infectious. My question to you is: What is the size of baking pan you are using? In the recipe, it says 20 cm x 20cm but yours doesn't look like a square size.

I think I'm using a 19.5cm x 28cm... You can use what you have. :)
