Another great recipe that can go in the freezer. I've yet to make and freeze one so I'd like to know, is there any change at all to the texture once it thaws out? And, how much time does it need from freezer to table? This looks heavenly!

Hi Julia, it shouldn’t change the texture drastically, but we recommend not to leave raw desserts in the freezer for longer than 2 weeks. The time it takes to defrost is really dependent on how you long you freeze for and your climate, but we recommend putting straight into the fridge to defrost slowly. Hope this helps :) Enjoy! ~ Iris

HI Julia, really great question. It gets a little moist - and when I know I am freezing it I add 2tbs more or psyllium. The time on defrost, depends on where you are. x
