Hi! I am really excited to try this on the weekend for I love seeds (I wanted the chocolate one but my Hubble doesn’t)... however, how can I replace the cocoa butter and the caramel essence? Hope there is a way!

Hi Cynthia...My daughter has a cashew allergy and I was wondering if there is another nut you could recommend that might give the same texture? Might almonds or pecans work? Thanks so much! Love your show!

Hi Sandy, yes, you may use almonds and pecans. You can also try walnuts and hazelnuts. Enjoy the recipe :) ~ Joyce

I made it yesterday! It is one of the best treats I've been able to eat since essentially going paleo over three years ago. I didn't have the caramel essence, so took the recommendation for additional vanilla extract. Good! I am so happy to have another dessert in my repertoire that I can eat. Thanks so much!
