It would have been useful to know in advance that the pancakes were not vegan. I would have preferred not to have wasted my time watching the video which was shaping up to be a wonderful vegan recipe.

Hi Eithne, You could make there vegan for sure. Aquafaba would really work. Or just raising agents would still give it rise.. or adding one teaspoon of yeast along with the raising agent into the mix and let the mix sit and bubble them cook.

Hi Ewa! To replace one egg, finely grind 1 tablespoon of flax seeds in a spice grinder. Place in a small bowl and stir in 3 tablespoons of water. Allow to sit for 30 minutes before using in a recipe. You may adjust the measurements depending on your preference. Hope this helps! ~ Jasmin
