Wow...it seems delicious! Is it possible to know the bread recipe? I've been following AIP due to an autoimmune condition and to be honest i still haven't discovered a delicious bread that can be compliant with AIP. Thank you so much!

I am dreaming of a bred that is as good as this one but not as expensive , what could I use to replace the almond meal?

Hello Diane, you may use 1/4 cup of coconut flour to 1 cup almond meal. You may need to add an extra egg and a little liquid to the recipe as coconut flour is so absorbent :) ~ Pauline

Hi Nancy, in Australia, we tend to use the name bicarbonate of soda (or bicarb soda for short), whereas overseas they usually call it baking soda. ~ Jasmin
