Thanks for another amazing conversation - I am truly inspired...

It came to me early on in the discussion - why not (FMTV) create your own version of 'biggest loser' where no one loses :) Biggest winner... where participants become the best version of themselves and showcasing all of the wonderful information you share to the world... you have a database of willing participants to start with... Reality TV that educates and engages!

Personally I cant get enough of the content and I am always happy to refer and recommend to others who I know are open to learn and grow.

Keep up the great work and thank you over and over for all you are doing x Karen
