My husband and I have started to do this program most mornings. A great way to start the day and has become part of our routine (and miss it when we don't do it). Not too long, not too short. I really like the music (and how the music shifts near the end which subtley lets me know the meditation is nearing the end), and also the guided meditation in the beginning to get settled.
