Are you using non-stick cookware? It looks like it.
This recipe looks good but I'm allergic to eggs and dairy, like many people. :(

Hi Julie! Our non-stick pan is coated with Thermolon, which doesn’t break down below temperatures of 450 degrees C. You may also replace the egg with tempeh heated up on a pan. Feel free to ask us anything! ~ Jasmin ❤
