I have gall stones and worry that having bone broth might trigger an attack even though I remove the hard fat from the top once it's cool. I believe that the hard fat is the saturated, so called bad cholesterol and it is good to remove it as I also have high cholesterol. I just wonder if the benefits to my joints and skin is worth the risk of potential cholecystitis or heart disease.

Why can't I watch the healing foods video. I loged in but all I can see is the picture no options to watch?

What a let down to not see the entire process in how to make bone broth. I'm a visual learner and it would have helped me quite a bit.
