I am a bit torn. I like all the information and wide scale of topics but because of this there are very little details on HOW TO.... information for example bio hacking, how do you create bio feedback loops and so on. I feel a bit like I have gained a lot of Information but dont know how to use it.

I really liked the movie. I liked the fact that there were many different things going on, different lifestyles, opinions. I feel like they did all convey a message that you are in control of your health and what you need as far as body mind etc... you already know its inside of you. Your body will tell you if you can learn how to listen. Very cool. Thanks for always providing a large variety of things for everyone to watch! Personally I am grateful for FMTV, if I find something Im not into I just move on to the next video. Something here for everyone!

I also had to turn this off. I found that the speakers shifted too quickly and that the points didn'r really have the time to develop.

Interesting watch. I almost turned off as soon as I saw Dave Aspeys name in the intro and then the first guy talking had a paleo t-shirt on. I thought here we go LoCarb HiFat blah blah blah. But thankfully it covered lots of different lifestyles. Good to see Rich Roll as a living example of health and fitness on a whole food plant based diet. The point that a lot of people missed I think is that we can do many things to bring out the best in our body or to improve it, mainly through 'biohacking' which is really just a new name for and old story 'self help and empowerment both physical and mental through diet and lifestyle'.

I agree. It was a lot of different things, and the point is not one thing works for everyone as our bodies are each different. I myself LOVED this film.

Its like one long introduction and never focuses on one speaker/point. Also had to turn it off.
