Thank you FMTV for all the amazing content on this site , we have been members for few years now and always look to FMTV from the hope and guidance that can be found in the various films & interviews etc, This film was very disjointed and didn’t make the best of the people it interviewed I feel, parts of the film were just random bits of info fired out, anywho, they are trying to do good in raising awareness so fair play. Too all at FMTV you rock keep up the amazing work, and a healthy and happy Christmas/ holiday to you all.

I agree with most of the posts here. I usually stay up late to keep watching other documentaries on this website. However, this one was all over the place and I stopped watching. There are definitely great points in the film but it is not well made. So far nothing beats the Transcendence series in my opinion.

Some wonderful points but parts of the movie repeated itself multiple times and it was very much all over the place which made it hard to follow along. But thank you FMTV for the new documentary options!

It’s true that the film is a bit all over the place. However, it confirms what I know. Diet is personal. There is no one size fit all. Looking for someone to give you the formula wont help. What helps is listening to your body and getting knowledge about health and nutrition. Basically, I took the sense out of the nonsense here. I’m glad FMTV provides such a wide variety of information. Thanks.
