In Beginner Power Yoga 3 you will practice what you have already learned in the 2 previous classes plus learn new postures that will help you cultivate inner strength such as Boat Pose (Navasana), Crow Pose (Bakasana), and the full version of High to Low Pushup (Chaturanga Dandasana). Throughout class you are encouraged to breathe deeply, let go of judgments, and enjoy your yoga journey.

Love the series. I am having a difficult time with chair pose. My back seems to arch and my arms will not go overhead. Any suggestions.

Wow! I'm a beginner and I just loved this experience. Jackie was very supportive, kind and calming. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. :-) I actually put soothing music in the background to make it even more relaxing.
