I have injured mr upper back and my rib cage has completely locked. I am struggling to take more than shallow breaths and am sleeping sitting up!
I have just filled this and have started to feel sine release. Breath is still shallow but I don’t feels quite so locked. Thank you 😊

This is awesome!! I literally could not sleep last night. Back pain, stress and anxiety... but this simple and quick practice has really helped calm all of my senses. I'll face the day a bit sleep deprived and definitely tired, but this really helped to start it off just a little more gently! Thank you!
